Isometric drawings are 2D drawings but have a sense of depth.
ISO-1
This is the first isometric drawing I have ever made in autocad. I learn how to make an isometric drawing by going into the object snap settings and changing it to isometric to make the diagonal lines. I also learned about the ellipse command to make the circles. I also learned how to go into the settings in a dimension and oobleck it so it aligns with the line it is dimensioning. The red dimensions are very sloppy. I don't think any of these drawings have units and I don't think I was told to put units anyways.
ISO-2
This isometric drawing was a little hard to get the hidden lines right but, I managed to do it properly. The only issue is the red dimensions are sloppy.
This is the first isometric drawing that I have had to make a second angle of. I actually can't find any very noticeable mistakes.
This drawing I did better on the bottom view then I did on the top view. The top view has a line that needs to be hidden in yellow and a random different colored hidden line in blue for no reason. The top view has very sloppy red dimensions.
In the top view of this drawing, there is a green hidden line that needs the portion of the line in the green circle to be a solid line. Also on the top view, the red dimensions are very sloppy. The bottom view of the drawings seems to be fine. The hidden lines in the top view need to be scaled up a little bit because it's hard to make out what is a hidden line or not.
This drawing was not too hard but a little sloppy with the dimensioning and lines. The red dimensions are sloppy on the top view and the green lines on the bottom view are overlapping and messed up. The yellow lines on the bottom line need to be longer which the distance is in the yellow circle.
This drawing took a little bit longer to do just because of the overall amount of lines there where but, was not too hard to make. I think is drawing does not have any mistakes.
This drawing does have units on the dimensions and are well organized too. This drawing I think is just overall well done.
This is the first isometric drawing that I have used diagonal lines in it. I learned that you need to make everything else first then make the diagonal line. This drawing also seems to be fine.
This drawing was a little difficult because of all the diagonal lines but, I didn't make too many mistakes. On the top view, I only made one mistake which was all of the blue dimensions being sloppy. On the bottom view, the lines in red are missing and the yellow line needs to be solid.
On the top view of this drawing I made a similar mistake as ISO-5 with the end of the hidden line in green having to be a solid line. On the bottom view of this drawing i have two red solid lines that don't belong there. Other than those two things, This drawing was not to bad.
This was the last isometric drawing I have done so far. This drawing too a little longer to analyze it and decide how to make it but ended up coming out well. The lines are hidden where they need to be hidden and the dimensions have units and are not very messy.
